To develop the children’s grasp of number and the use of the four number operations. To ensure that the progress in maths mirrors that in reading.

For our children to be taught the basic skills of writing and be given regular opportunities to write, inspired by our new and engaging Creative Curriculum and in response to topic related Enrichment activities.

To strengthen the Senior Leadership Team including the appointment of a new Deputy.

To expand and strengthen the Governing Body by appointing governors who have relevant experience and skills to move the school forward.

To develop teacher’s ability to use information about children’s starting points to more accurately inform the children’s next steps including the development of our school’s baselining.

To develop our tracking system to ensure that children who are at risk of falling behind in writing and maths (particularly disadvantaged children) receive timely and effective interventions.
